Jake Liebers

Jake Liebers, originally from De Pere, is the COO at HMI. He started as a Sheet Metal Pre-Apprentice and worked his way up to COO. He graduated from Wisconsin’s Local 18 Sheet Metal Apprenticeship program. As COO, Jake designs business strategies, leads project management, oversees operations, evaluates performance, and manages relationships, facilities, and the company’s fleet. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
