Jake Warden

Jake Warden has been a dedicated member of HMI since 2015. A native of Green Bay, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Commencing his career as a piping engineer in Marinette’s shipyard Jake brought his extensive knowledge to Hurckman, progressing through roles such as Project Manager and Lead Project Manager. In January 2023, he assumed the role of Chief Operations Officer, and on June 1st, 2024 he became president at HMI. In this capacity, Jake is responsible for overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations. He plays a crucial role in ensuring Hurckman’s success in several areas such as safety, quality assurance, project management, continuous improvement, sustainability, talent development, innovation, and maintaining a client-centric focus.
